Our next club event is March 10th at the Port Byron Legion at 7pm. This is our biggest event of the year. It is also my personal favorite. Attendance is usually great and its a lot of fun. We will be having many raffles and prizes along with music, food and drinks.
We will need volunteers to sell tickets at the event, its very easy and a big help
This is a dish to pass event so bring your specialty, if you cant cook, just be there for the fun
We will also be taking non-perishable item and making a donation to the food pantry. Please help us support the local pantry.
Being our biggest event it is very important that we get as many attendant as possible. Please spread the word and be there. Its a great time.
Please get involved and sell or buy a ticket for our big raffle. This is our biggest fund raiser and we need the help. We will be paying out at least 70% of what we take in and up to $5000 for the top prize.
At our last meeting our treasurer Dave hickey made a motion to open a new bank account for all of our fund raising money. Mike Paton(president) and Ian Burke(secretary) approved so we will now have an additional bank account to monitor fund raising.
